What began as a humble operation in Barrio Santolan, Pasig City, has evolved into the nation’s premier provider of industrial chemicals, solvents, and aromatic solutions.
For over six decades, Himmel has been the “silent engine” behind the Philippines’ manufacturing growth. In the 1970s, the company pioneered the production of the country’s first USP-grade refined glycerine, setting a benchmark for pharmaceutical standards. By the 1980s, Himmel expanded its footprint with a dedicated Aromatic Division, becoming a cornerstone for the local food and cosmetic industries by providing world-class flavors and fragrances.
Today, Himmel operates a massive logistics infrastructure, including a sophisticated tank farm and port facility in Pinamukan, Batangas, with a storage capacity exceeding 22 million liters.
